Health takes time. Health takes a bit of effort. For some of us, A LOT of effort (myself included.) Health takes consistency and accepting there is some trial and error involved.

I believe in having an amazing circle of care to support whatever health looks like in your life. A circle of care can be different for everyone. It can include regulated health professionals such as your Doctor, Public Health Nurse, Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Chiropractor, RMT, Physiotherapist, or others such as a Personal Trainer, Mentor, Family/Friends, Barista… the list is endless. Those in your circle are those who support you to live your best life. They might suggest pathways to do this but ultimately will support your autonomy and right to decide what’s best for you.
